Sons of Fortune.

One cannot blame me for being so nervous on my Advanced Programming class today. The midterm examination was so unpredictable less the known fact that we have to program three out of five machine problems listed.

My fingers appeared to be runner on a marathon. They won as I summoned my professor to have my programs be checked. I got a perfect score.

I then went to my PE professor and asked if attending his class is still necessary for those who have already taken the Midterm Exam. We can attend if we want, he complacently said, and since I already had my table tennis practical test last Friday, I can go home early.

I went to the library to look for a novel to read at home. It’s been a while since the last time I read novels. David Pelzer’s The Lost Boy, Stephen King’s Hearts in Atlantis, and Sidney Sheldon’s If Tomorrow Comes were the last books I’ve borrowed from the library.

I picked Sons of Fortune by Jeffrey Archer. It is the story of two brothers, Peter Cartwright and Nat Cartwright, who are born twins but are separated at birth. Two chapters down and I am thinking of finishing it by tomorrow. More novels to be read next time!
