Something ludicrous had happened that pissed me off wholly. I am actually foaming in the mouth!
There is somebody out there who had tried to alter my password and so I can no longer open my Yahoo! Messenger account. Well, congratulations for triumphing! It’s a good job to know that my password for si_paurong is “umuurong”. Kudos!
When I checked my Friendster account, I was surprised to see the Verify E-mail link on my homepage! When I went to my Settings, I found out that the e-mail address indicated there is not mine. And thus, if I sign out from that site, I can no longer open my account since its password is no longer my password.
Before anything else turns out to be worse, I created a new Y!M account: gusot2007.

This has happened to me before. Halafu the pea-brained a**hole started e-mailing people (overseas – total strangers even) and giving them my contact details. I still don’t know who it was and none of my friends would be that childish to pull such a pathetic stunt.

That’s why sometimes, its also a good practice to change your passwords from time to time and, make passwords that are not extractable from your public personal information like birthdays, nicknames, favorite expressions, etc. Device your own algorithm in creating them. Anyway, its done and just be careful next time around. Be cautious. Btw, thanks for dropping by my blog. God bless.

it could be possible. infected siguro PC mo, or you signed in sa isang computer na infected, i.e. sa mga internet cafe, etc. konting ingat lang.
otherwise, just accept the fact that you’re too good for this guy who hacked you, or he totally hates you. hehe, deal with it.
PS. Masyadong madali ang password mo. naalala ko tuloy ang password ng kaibigan ko sa battlenet account niya (Warcraft) eh laging sira o naglalag yun.

it’s really sad to realize how pathetic people can be, and how they end up victimizing good souls. it’s okay, been there. just make sure that your new password is way stronger than before. instead of umuurong, try sumusulong. hahaha.
good thing you discovered things at a relatively early phase. when not much damage has been done yet.
i don’t know what to do if this happens to me too. i’ll be hysterically mad. hehehe.

sa tingin ko phishing attack ito: baka napalog-in ka sa akala mo yahoo site pero peke lang pala. email mo ang yahoo tungkol dito (abuse@yahoo, i think) be ready with the personal details in your account. last year pa ito nauso, the hacker will email/IM your friends asking them for money/load using an invented sob story, kaya warn your friends na.
